Freestyle Martial Arts blends Taekwondo, Karate, Kickboxing and Kung Fu, with a focus on personal safety and self-defence to help children resist bullying and peer pressure.
Classes are for ages 7 and up and run on Friday evenings (6:00–6:40pm). Try a free taster class, then sign up for a beginner’s month for £40, including a free uniform.
